NETWORK ISOLATOR

Inquiry

EmCom launches a series of network isolators, including medical and industrial ones. The medical network isolator complies with IEC/EN60601-1(Edition 3.2) and IEC/EN60601-1-2(Edition 4.1) of safety and EMC standards. The connection of a medical network isolator is a PC end to a device end with the Ethernet interface. The medical network isolator provides 2MOPP protection to the patients and the network connection is safely galvanically isolated in patient care vicinities from dangerous leakage currents that can travel through a copper-based Ethernet network. Plug-and-play design provides the fast and easy way of installation.

The industrial network isolator complies with IEC/EN 623628-1 safety standard. The connection of an industrial network isolator is a PC end to a device end with the Ethernet interface. The product line is with six types:
The first two types are the box type and box-cable type with the same dielectric strength at 4kV AC. 
Another two types are also the box type and box-cable type with the same dielectric strength at 1.5kV AC. 
The last two types are keystone jack type and keystone jack with cable type with the same dielectric strength at 4kV AC. 
These six product types are reinforced insulation design, with gaining the same galvanic isolation from voltage spikes and ground loops, for electrically safe.
